Dr. Neerav Javed Arora

Dr. Neerav Javed Arora is a practising Dentist for over 21 years. After completing his BDS degree from India, he went on to pursue his DDS degree from School of Dental Medicine, University at Buffalo. His parents were well-established Dentists of their times. The passive exposure at home encouraged oral health education and empathy for people at an early age.

Dr. Arora has over two decades of experience which helps him connect easily with patients from all demographics and diverse backgrounds. In addition to that, he is consistently seeking to grow his knowledge base through advanced certifications for high quality treatment. He is an oral health advocate and is passionate about educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive Dentistry.

His persistent enthusiasm for Orthodontics helps him diagnose potential aesthetic and functional concerns in children and young adults. His ability to map an efficient and sustainable treatment plan for patients won him accolades and respect amongst his patients.

Dr. Arora is an active member of Ontario Dental Association and Royal College Of Dental Surgeons Of Ontario.

When he’s not being a Dentist: You can find him riding bike with his wife and two young boys. He also loves reading and watching movies.

Dr. Amy Hothi

Dr. Amy Hothi has been committed to the practice of dentistry and prides herself as the dental caregiver for patients and their families for over two decades. She graduated with a BDS degree from a prestigious University in India and has followed that up with a two-year qualifying program in dentistry from the University of Toronto.

She has been providing quality dental care to her patients for over 24 years and enjoys working at her Rexdale and North York practice which is her home away from home. Dr. Hothi keeps herself abreast of the latest advances in dentistry thus ensuring that her patients receive the best care. She constantly upgrades her education by attending several courses and conventions. Not only does she use her knowledge while planning her treatment but also shares that with her colleagues and friends looking for mentorship. Her continuing education is mainly focused on implants, surgeries, and orthodontics. Dr. Hothi believes in the philosophy of “informed decision making” when it comes to her patients.

Dr. Hothi’s passions include her profession and her family. When she is not busy restoring smiles, she spends time with her husband and three children. She is an avid reader and loves music.

Dr. Ibtesam Syed

Dr. Ibtesam Syed completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Fatima Jinnah Dental College in 2002. She successfully completed her Qualifying Program from University of Toronto in 2006. She received the Dr. Michael Oliver Memorial Scholarship Award and Dr. Kenneth F. Pownall Memorial Award. During her first three years, she practiced in New Liskeard, Ontario.

She is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, and the Omicron Kappa Epsilon Honor Dental Society. As a partner in her patients’ oral health, Dr. Syed strives to provide them with the best possible dental care. She puts great emphasis on education and encourages her patients to understand and be involved in their treatment plan. She also continues to further her own education and is continuously taking courses in areas such as endodontics, implants, periodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Aside from Dentistry, Dr. Syed also enjoys baking and cake decorating, reading, and spending time with loved ones.

Dr. Romy Pabla

Meet Dr. Pabla – a dedicated and compassionate dental professional who brings warmth, expertise, and enthusiasm to every patient interaction. A proud graduate of the NYU College of Dentistry, Dr. Pabla is committed to delivering high-quality care while creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients of all ages.

Dr. Pabla has a special talent for working with children, making dental visits a positive experience from an early age. Her adult patients equally appreciate her gentle approach and genuine attentiveness. As a valued member of our team, she is always open to new ideas and takes initiative in enhancing the patient experience both in and out of the office.

She is passionate about oral health education and looks forward to contributing to our social media platforms through engaging and informative content. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pabla enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young son. Her family-oriented nature and warm personality shine through in everything she does.

Dr. Osama Eissa (Orthodontist)

Dr. Eissa received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery with Honours in 2006 from the Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University, Egypt and was ranked the first in his class. He was appointed to the Department of Orthodontics, where he completed orthodontic residency and training as well as Masters and PhD Degrees in Orthodontics. He worked as an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at Tanta University.

Dr. Eissa completed the Dental Specialty Advanced Training Program in Orthodontics at University of Toronto. He is a certified specialist in orthodontics and a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC) and an active member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), Canadian Association of Orthodontists (CAO), and the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO). Driven by an unwavering passion for the art and science of orthodontics, he is committed to creating beautiful, confident smiles.

Front Office Coordinators

Dianne

Since joining our dental family over a decade ago, Dianne has been the warm, welcoming face patients first see when they walk through our doors. As our Front Desk Coordinator and Guest Services Specialist, she masterfully manages appointments, phone calls, and paperwork—often all at once—without ever losing her signature smile. She is also our Ortho and Hygiene Coordinator, gracefully balancing both roles with efficiency and a smile.

No matter how busy the day gets, Dianne’s calm demeanor and cheerful energy set the tone for a positive patient experience. She’s known for greeting everyone with a genuine hello and never forgetting to ask how your day is going. Customer service is her superpower—and somehow, even in the busiest moments, she manages to stay wrinkle-free (we’re still trying to figure out her secret!).

When she’s off the clock, Dianne lives by the motto: Eat. Sleep. Repeat. But she also enjoys hiking, long drives, movie nights, and dreams of one day retiring by the beach with a Piña Colada in hand.

Maricris

Maricris became a part of the Keele & Sheppard Dentistry family in 2023, and since then, she has grown tremendously—both professionally and personally. Her gentle, kind voice is instantly recognized (and loved) by our patients, especially when she gives them a friendly call. Infact, her ever-present smile is so genuine, it’s become a signature part of the Keele & Sheppard experience—unofficially trademarked, of course.

Maricris is a true team player who’s always ready to lend a hand—whether at the front desk or stepping in to support the clinical team. With a Dental Assistant Diploma under her belt, she also keeps our sterilization area running smoothly when needed. She’s calm, capable, and always there when it counts.

Driven by a strong motivation to create a brighter future for her family, Maricris brings both heart and hustle to her role. At home, she’s just as busy keeping up with her four-year-old Shih Tzu, Yuki—her adorable fur baby. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, building Legos (yes, adults can be Lego masters too!), and dreaming of future travels to sun-soaked beaches around the world.

Anjumann

Anjumann is the newest addition to the Keele & Sheppard Dentistry family, and she’s already proving to be a true all-rounder. Her experience extends well beyond managing schedules and treatment planning—she also steps in to assist with procedures, sterilization, and just about anything else the day calls for.

With a strong “patient-first” approach that perfectly aligns with our office’s values, Anjumann is deeply committed to making sure every patient feels heard, cared for, and comfortable from start to finish.

When she’s not at work, Anjumann enjoys expressing her creativity through dance and poetry. With a naturally inquisitive mind, she is always eager to expand her knowledge and skills. Her keen attention to detail ensures that nothing goes unnoticed. Anjumann has developed a genuine connection with the office and has integrated seamlessly into the team.

Rubylyn

Rubylyn brings warmth, positivity, and an infectious smile to the practice each day. Known for her cheerful personality and approachable nature, she quickly makes both patients feel at ease. Whether she’s chatting with patients or lending a hand to her colleagues, Rubylyn’s enthusiasm and dedication to her work shine through.

A true team player, she is always eager to take on new responsibilities and support the team wherever needed. Outside the office, Rubylyn enjoys attending church, cherishing time with her family, and celebrating life’s moments with joy and laughter.

Her light-hearted spirit and unwavering energy bring a sense of fun and camaraderie to the workplace—leaving everyone wondering if she secretly runs on coffee… or just pure happiness.

Registered Dental Hygienists

With a strong emphasis on ongoing maintenance and preventive care, our hygienists are passionate about educating patients and supporting their long-term oral health. Their genuine approach has helped build lasting, trust-based relationships with individuals and families alike.

Carla

Carla has been working as a Dental Hygienist for a decade. She started working with Keele & Sheppard Dentistry in 2016 and ever since has been associated with our dental family. Carla is committed to patient care and has a warm and friendly personality. She makes sure her patients feel comfortable and are well-informed every step of the way. Over the years, Carla has built unwavering trust with her patients and their families.

She is thorough in her assessments and genuinely cares about patient’s oral health and general well-being. Her patients appreciate her hard work and dedication and always ask for her while booking their appointment. Carla is equally collaborative and is always ready to offer a helping hand to her colleagues.

Outside of work, Carla enjoys excursions with her close circle of friends and loves spending time with family. She is dedicated to helping her community and does not shy away from contributing her time towards charitable causes.

Elif

Elif has been serving patients with compassion and care since 2019. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve and maintain healthy smiles, understanding that oral health is a vital part of overall well-being. She is committed to providing high-quality care and educating her patients to empower them in their health journey.

Known for her positive attitude and exceptional collaborative spirit, Elif is always ready to support her team and contribute wherever needed. She brings a warm and friendly presence to our dental office, often sharing a laugh with colleagues and embracing new ideas to enhance the patient experience. We’re proud to have Elif as a valued member of our dental team.

Outside of work, Elif enjoys reading, staying active through sports, and spending quality time with her friends and family. She dreams of traveling the world and plans to embark on that adventure closer to retirement.

Neelam

Neelam is a talented and dedicated Dental Hygienist with over an year of experience in providing exceptional patient care. Known for her ever-smiling face and warm, approachable nature, Neelam brings both clinical excellence and a collaborative spirit to our practice.

Her attention to detail and gentle touch have earned her glowing reviews from patients, many of whom look forward to their visits just to see her. Always open to new ideas, Neelam plays an active role in creating educational content for our social media platforms, helping spread awareness about oral health.

Her teammates admire her not only for her professionalism but also for her cheerful personality and willingness to lend a hand whenever needed. Outside the office, Neelam enjoys exploring new destinations and spending quality time with her spouse. Whether she’s perfecting a scaling technique or planning her next travel adventure, Neelam does it all with a smile (and usually a packed suitcase nearby).

Syaron

Syaron is a valued member of the Keele & Sheppard Dentistry team since 2020. She is passionate about her work and dedicated to providing exceptional care. Syaron brings both professionalism and warmth to every patient interaction. Her positive, can-do attitude reflects in her commitment to meeting the needs of her patients and ensuring they feel heard, informed, and comfortable throughout their visits.

Syaron takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients, quickly putting them at ease with her approachable demeanor and friendly conversation. Her genuine smile and compassionate care are a reflection of her passion for helping others achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Outside of the office, Syaron leads a full and joyful life. She is a proud pet parent to two beloved dogs—an energetic Chihuahua and a playful Shih Tzu mix. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by dribbling a soccer ball and spending quality time with her two young children. Looking ahead, Syaron and her husband hope to travel the world in retirement, focusing on humanitarian efforts in underdeveloped countries.

Ghazal

Ghazal, a warm-hearted professional whose clinical skills are as graceful as her name. While “Ghazal” may mean poetry in her language, it’s no coincidence—her calm and thoughtful communication has a lyrical quality that puts both patients and colleagues instantly at ease.

Ghazal is a great team player, always ready to lend a hand and support those around her. Highly adaptable and deeply patient-centric, she brings a thoughtful approach to every interaction, ensuring her patients feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. It’s no surprise that her patients look forward to seeing her—and leave their appointments smiling.

Outside of the clinic, Ghazal enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her lovely daughter, who keeps her on her toes and fills her heart with joy. To stay fit, she loves doing Yoga and listens to audio books in her free time. Whether at work or at home, Ghazal brings kindness, calm, and just the right amount of poetry to everything she does.

Claudia

Claudia joined Keele & Sheppard Dentistry in June 2025, and in a short time, she has already made a lasting impression. Her professionalism, clinical excellence, and warm demeanor have quickly earned the appreciation of both patients and team members alike. With a gentle touch and a kind heart, Claudia ensures that every patient feels comfortable and well cared for during their visit.

Beyond her role as a hygienist, Claudia is always willing to step in and support the team—often found lending a hand in the sterilization area when needed. She consistently brings a high level of dedication to her work and wears a beautiful, welcoming smile that brightens the entire office. Her favourite pastime is spending time with her little baby.

Charity joined our team in early 2023 and has been bringing energy, positivity, and a bright smile to the clinic ever since.

Known for her cheerful demeanor and team spirit, Charity is always ready to lend a helping hand. She approaches every task with enthusiasm, embraces challenges with a can-do attitude, and keeps the atmosphere light with her fun-loving personality. If something’s missing in the office, Charity is our go-to person.

Outside of work, Charity loves being around with her kids. Her youngest keeps her on her toes, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. She has become an asset to our dental office. We are grateful to have Charity as part of our dental family.

Aicha

Aicha has been a valued member of the Keele & Sheppard Dentistry team since 2020 and brings over six years of experience in the dental field. As a Level II Dental Assistant, her enthusiasm and passion for delivering the highest standard of patient care are evident from the moment a patient checks in. Aicha is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and valued, ensuring a positive experience from the dental chair to the end of each appointment.

Aicha is not only an exceptional assistant but also a natural mentor. She is always willing to train and guide new team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. She thrives on the variety of treatments she assists with each day, viewing every case as an opportunity for continued learning and professional growth.

Outside of work, Aicha enjoys walking, reading, and watching documentaries. She is also an avid baker and often treats the team to her homemade creations. For her, the greatest reward lies in being part of the journey that restores patients’ smiles and confidence.
