Do braces hurt?

Expect pressure and tenderness for a few days after starting and after adjustments, rather than sharp pain. That feeling is your teeth moving, and it settles quickly. Soft foods, cool water, and simple comfort tips help a lot.

How long does treatment take?

Minor corrections can take a matter of months, while more involved cases run around eighteen months to a couple of years. Your assessment gives you a realistic, personalized timeline before you commit to anything.

Invisalign or braces, which is better?

Neither is universally better. Aligners are removable and nearly invisible, and suit many mild to moderate cases. Fixed braces are always working and often win for complex movements. The right answer depends on your teeth, your goals, and your routine.

My teeth shifted after having braces as a teen. Can that be fixed?

Yes, and it's often simpler the second time. Because your teeth were once aligned, many adults need only a shorter course of treatment, and clear aligners keep it discreet.

When should my child first be checked?
